DANIEL

Daniel, a native of Culiacán, Sinaloa, has a decade-long career in professional cooking. His deep passion for traditional Mexican cuisine has led him to master the art of preparing dishes that showcase the rich flavors and cultural heritage of the country. With extensive research, practice, and technical expertise, Daniel has honed his skills and knowledge of Mexican culinary traditions, which he puts into practice daily at Atol. Daniel's hard work and commitment to his craft have made him well-respected among his peers and earned him a reputation as a skilled and creative chef in the region.

sabrina

Sabrina, also a native of Culiacán, Sinaloa, has a background in education and has worked in image, styling, and color for over 16 years. Her passion for providing exceptional customer service has brought her to Atol Restaurant, where she is dedicated to ensuring that every guest feels at home. Sabrina's warm personality and attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
